The Connotation, Improvement Path and Enlightenment of College Teachers' Professional Accomplishment

Abstract
The professional accomplishment of college teachers is the most basic and important quality necessary for college teachers in education and teaching, which contains extremely rich connotations, mainly including political quality cultivation, ideological and moral cultivation, professional quality cultivation, behavioral norm cultivation, personality charm cultivation and other five aspects. As college teachers in the new era under the great changes unseen in a century, they should become an excellent college teacher through continuous learning and practice, improve political literacy, strengthen moral cultivation, establish correct teaching and education ideas, improve and expand professional knowledge, pay attention to and improve teachers' code of conduct, and improve personal character in the process of teaching and learning, so as to make themselves an excellent college teacher and shoulder the important task of cultivating qualified talents and senior talents for the party, the country and society.
