Abstract

Nowadays, the professional pressure of early childhood teachers is increasing, especially for newly hired teachers. This study mainly uses reference literature and questionnaire surveys to understand the occupational stress of newly hired early childhood teachers, identify the factors affecting their occupational stress, and finally proposes strategies to alleviate their occupational stress based on the current situation and causes, promoting their physical and mental health and professional development
